OB/GYN's

Physicians are committed to high standards on providing personal care, and promoting a healthy lifestyle to their patients. RADIOLOGY

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey indicates that only 52% of eligible Texas women received a mammogram as recommended, almost 10% below the national average.

DRS has put together a MAMMOGRAPHY OUTREACH PROGRAM. We offer a friendly, personal approach to get women back into the office. Last year, we called 17,000 patients, and booked almost 800 Mammograms for a local, multi-specialty clinic. The cost per patient dialed came out to $1.83, which is much more cost effective when comparing to staff time, cost of postcards, and postage. Plus, we offer measurable results that direct mail cannot offer. We have had great success in tapping internal databases and reaching out to patients that have fallen off the radar.

We can also book MRI’s for Rheumatology patients, bone density scan’s, and any other radiological exam that should be scheduled on an annual basis.

DERMATOLOGY

The key to skin cancer prevention is early detection, education, and treatment. The problem is getting patients back into your office on a regular basis. Half of all new cancers in the United States are skin cancers, and about 1.3 million new cases will be diagnosed in the coming year. (TMA Physician Oncology Education Program) The lifetime risk of developing skin cancer in the Sunbelt is 1 in 3. Texas ranks third in the nation for incidence of malignant melanoma.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if we have many offices?

No problem. We work with each individual office for their specific campaign. This includes the script, profile and patient listing. All we need is the patient data by specific location.

What if we don’t have that many patients?

We can run a smaller 50 resolved call campaign and/or make calls for you every other month.

We already have a recall program, why would I need your services?

Our services compliment your recall program. Most offices call patients to confirm appointments or call patients that are currently active. We call patients you have not seen in over a year to get them back into the office. This is all we do! Use your employees to handle other patient issues. Give us a try and you will see why our program compliments your current recall efforts.

What do you make your calls?

We call from 5:00-8:00pm Monday thru Thursday and call Saturdays as well. This is when the patient is most likely home.

Do you leave messages?

Only if you want us to. When a patient does not answer, we generally put them back into the calling queue for a call back later.

Is your service a recording, email or text message?

No, this is what makes us different. Our calls are live, outbound calls by a real person who serves as an extension of your office. We interact with the patient and update important information such as insurance, address, cell phone and important notes from the patient. This cannot be done effectively through automated systems. What we found is patients are amazed that the doctor would proactively call them and this builds the relationship with the patient and keeps them from going to another doctor.

How do you provide a measurable Return on Investment?

This is very easy. When we fill out your profile we get your average patient revenue per visit amount. We will use this figure to calculate ROI. If the average visit is $100, then we can figure out how many appointments are needed to breakeven. Any appointments over that amount are additional revenue for the office. And this is revenue from inactive patients.

Can you call for specific occasions or situations?

Yes. We can call to announce a new hire, office relocation or special services such as a Botox Day, grand opening or new office. We can call for Spa specials or a promotional offering such as teeth whitening, flu shot day, etc.

How do you protect patient data?

Our services are HIPAA complaint. We work with password-encrypted files. We will work with you to make sure we meet you comfort level and needs.

What happens if we want to cancel your services?

No problem. Just let us know and we will cancel for you. We are confident you will see the benefit of our services.

What do you charge?

Do you make cold calls or call prospective patients from mailing lists?

No, we only call your patients. Federal and State Do Not Call regulations only allow us to call patients you have seen before.
